<p style="text-align: justify;">The basic concept is to continue eating the same foods as usual, but to become aware of serving sizes. The authors claim that this will increase your success of sticking with the plan because you will be able to eat the foods you actually enjoy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A great emphasis is placed on overcoming the diet mentality and just concentrating on what you will be eating today. There is no need to worry that you are missing out on foods like bread, chocolate or pizza because on the 100 calorie diet you can have these foods every day if you like.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Deprivation is damaging on a psychological level, the authors state, and it also slows down the metabolism, but they also warn dieters not to let their ‘fat monster’ trick them into binging on unhealthy foods and sabotaging weight loss.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-164"></span>Women are permitted a calorie intake of 1500 and men 2000 calories daily. Dieters are advised to spend their calories wisely, to only eat high quality foods and not to waste calories on foods that don’t taste good.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dieters are encouraged to select a well balanced diet. Whenever feeling hungry ‘free foods’ are permitted in unlimited amounts. These foods can also be added to meals if desired.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">‘Free foods’ include: bell pepper, broccoli, butternut squash, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, green beans, lettuce, mushrooms, snow peas, tomato, zucchini, alfalfa sprouts, balsamic vinegar, bouillon, capers, carob, cocoa, pickles, hot sauce, salsa, diet soda, soy sauce, splenda and V8 juice.</p>

<li> <strong>Turn off the TV </strong>– You actually burn less calories watching television than you do sleeping! If you simply can’t miss your favorite shows, get a little workout in while watching – do easy exercises like squats, sit-ups, jogging in place, or using resistance bands or hand weights</li>

<li> <strong>Cook your own meals </strong>– Cooking meals at home allows you to control both portion size and what goes in to the food. Restaurant and packaged foods generally contain a lot more sodium, fat, and calories than food cooked at home, plus the portions sizes tend to be larger.</li>
<li><strong>Make sure to shop when you are not hungry</strong>. Create a shopping list to stick to, and store tempting foods in cabinets or drawers out of your sight.</li>

Toothbrush is a tool to clean the teeth in the form of a small brush with a handle. Toothpaste usually added to a toothbrush before brushing your teeth. You will feel tired and sore for a few days and will have slight swelling and bruising which is only natural. Most of your discomfort will be subsided with prescription medication. Following the operation you will have a light dressing in place which will need to be kept dry for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks your dressing will be removed and the wound inspected and lightly cleaned. The scars will be firm and pink for at least six weeks and may remain the same size for several months and it is important to keep in mind that they may take up to 2 years to fade. Then I was advised them to leave the habit of drinking coffee, but coffee from Indonesia has a high taste and popular throughout the world. Loss? Well, before joining a group of people who should not drink coffee and could only swallow hard to see anyone else kissing the black this sweet, it&#8217;s good we know &#8220;7 Tips Healthy Coffee&#8221; the following:</p>

<li> Dosage</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;">I have found no definitive measure for the dose that may be consumed coffee people. However, most studies reveal that drinking 300 mg of caffeine (about 1 to 3 cups of coffee a day) does not give a negative effect on most healthy people.</p>
<ul>
<li>Danger signals</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;">When drinking coffee did feel good, but often is followed by million of guilt. Recognize the danger signals of coffee so that we know when to stop drinking coffee. Danger signals include: anxiety, palpitations, sleep disturbance and mood disorder (e.g., short-tempered). Coffee drinkers who stopped drinking coffee may experience &#8220;caffeine withdrawal&#8221; which is marked by a throbbing headache, but these symptoms will disappear after 24-48 hours or get a new dose of caffeine.</p>

But there are also the bad effects of coffee consumption with the amount of the same. Someone told me after drinking a cup of coffee can not sleep all night, otherwise there are sound asleep after drinking coffee. So, the best way is to listen to the body&#8217;s own response</p>

<li>Know Caffeine Content</li>

<p style="text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;">After knowing the dose and the response body, it helps us to know the content of caffeine in the products we consume frequently. In order not to copy the recommended dose is reached, yet we still consume other products that contain caffeine, so feel the ill effects of coffee. <p style="text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;">Five milligrams of calcium lost for every 6 ounces of coffee consumed. But the loss of calcium can be overcome by adding 2 tablespoons of milk or make espresso latte. Meanwhile, mix the coffee with alcohol less well, especially in people with liver disorders and coffee with cream mixture should also be avoided to reduce the excess calories. Caffeine also interacts with several types of drugs. For those who are taking medication, should consult a doctor.</p>
