For me best friend of blogging in the morning is coffee. Some people with hypertension (high blood pressure-ed) I am often asked about their habits of drinking coffee. It is not surprising if in fact they were drinking an average of 5 cups of coffee a day! Then I was advised them to leave the habit of drinking coffee, but coffee from Indonesia has a high taste and popular throughout the world. Loss? Fruits and vegetables are low in calories and are packed with vitamins, minerals, protective plant compounds and fiber. They are a great source of nutrients and vital for a healthy diet.
