CARIES vs DIET
September 7, 2009

Yesterday we talk about Cigarette and teeth, now we can talk about diet and caries. Caries is one of the teeth and mouth disease caused by several factors. I think I’ve discussed and you will riposte clearer about caries. Diet one of the current trends of young people, especially for the young women who want to appear more PD and maintain body slimness. But what is the relationship between caries and diet huh? Here I will try to explain a bit.
Basically the relationship between caries and diet is very simple and easy to understand, some people who follow a healthy diet and healthy living will behave decline dental problems. Why this is so, this is due to consumption of sugar in the body is reduced and consume more food ingredients or natural sweeteners like fruit that is very good for the body and for healthy teeth and mouth. When we eat fruits like apples, apple will indirectly help to clean teeth naturally be our equivalent of brushing your teeth, come highly recommended to use the apple menu cover or replace your snack with fruit – fruit. In addition to our teeth and mouth healthy so we remain slim body
.
The relationship between diet and caries closely related to the amount of sweetener or sugar consumption is consumed by our bodies, in fact God has created our teeth and mouth as a warning gate and extraordinary. Where as not, if the food we eat is not good for the body or against the apparent gelaja will look at areas such as around the oral cavity: tonsils, ulcers, cracked lips – cracked, caries, sore throat and other – other. Then identify the foods you consume. Highly recommended to return to the simple lifestyle and return to nature. My advice from now on leaves food with chemicals and get back to Nature.
Just added:
Remember processing food with MSG indicate less competent food maker cooking process with the seasoning mix – ingredients that are available. When a chef or cook could cultivate food and spices do not need to add flavoring.
